Lakitha “Lucky” Sahan founded Zatersio after more than a decade building software, because he kept seeing the same gap: capable businesses held back by manual work no one had ever got around to automating. Today he leads the engineering team that does the work, which is the whole point: decisions are made by people who write code, not account managers.

The engineers who scope your project are the engineers who build it and answer your emails, with no account managers in between, and your data stays on Australian-hosted infrastructure under your control. When you work with Zatersio you are working directly with the engineers doing the build.
We are based in Melbourne, at 1 Redwood Dr, Notting Hill VIC 3168. Being Australian-based and Australian-owned is central to how we work: it is how we keep your data under Australian law and how we stay accountable to the businesses we serve.
Yes. Melbourne is our home base, but we build AI agents and automation for businesses right across Australia, including Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, and we work with clients globally. Most of the delivery is done remotely, so where you are located is rarely a barrier.
Every AI agent we build runs on infrastructure you control: your own servers (on-premise) or Australian-resident cloud on the AWS Sydney region. Your data stays in Australia, under Australian law, and is never used to train third-party models. This makes it far easier to meet your obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
